Support Staff

Julie is the Patient Liaison at our center. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Medical Administrative Assisting. With her 12 years of medical office experience, she provides compassionate care to our patients and their family members by working closely with all departments to ensure the delivery of seamless, exceptional care.

Kim is the Medical Records Specialist at our center. With her focus on maintaining accurate patient records, she processes incoming and outgoing record requests to make sure that everything “behind the scenes” runs smoothly. Kim graduated from Baker College, in Muskegon, with a degree in Medical Records. Kim’s extensive experience and compassionate nature make her a favorite with patients.

Kristy’s smiling face is the first thing you will see when you come into our center. She works diligently to make certain that we have up-to-date demographic and insurance information on file. Her tireless efforts ensure quality patient care from the moment you step through the door. Kristy holds an Associates Degree in Medical Office Systems from West Shore Community College.
